What a fantastic double shot sent into post by Miss Renee. This girl always has a great work out body, but with the new year in full swing, it's definitely time to hit the gym and feel the burn as one of my new year resolutions. Summer isn't that far away...the time is now to get our bodies in great shape for fun time by the pool, lake or beach!
